The Swasthavritta OPD functions as a preventive and promotive healthcare unit focusing on lifestyle modification, disease prevention, and holistic well-being based on Ayurvedic principles. The OPD provides guidance on Dinacharya (daily regimen), Ritucharya (seasonal regimen), Ahara (diet), Vihara (lifestyle), and mental health practices to maintain health and prevent lifestyle-related disorders.

It serves as an interface between classical Ayurvedic preventive concepts and contemporary lifestyle-related health challenges.

Mission

To promote preventive healthcare and healthy living through evidence-based Ayurvedic lifestyle counseling, dietary guidance, and behavioral modification, thereby reducing disease burden and improving quality of life.

Vision

To establish the Swasthavritta OPD as a model center for preventive, promotive, and lifestyle-based healthcare rooted in Ayurveda and aligned with public health goals.
