Sushrutha College of Nursing was established with a singular mission — to produce nursing professionals of the highest caliber who would serve Karnataka, India, and the world with skill, integrity, and compassion.

Located in Bangalore, the healthcare capital of South India, our college benefits from its proximity to world-class hospitals, research institutions, and a vibrant medical ecosystem that provides unparalleled clinical training opportunities for our students.

Over three decades, we have grown from a small institution to one of Karnataka's most respected nursing colleges, with thousands of alumni working in leading hospitals across India, the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and the Gulf countries.

Our Foundation

The Yadalam Trust

Sushrutha College of Nursing is administered under the Yadalam Trust, a charitable educational trust founded with the vision of providing quality education in the healthcare sciences to students from all backgrounds.

Established in 2001, the Yadalam Trust is a charitable society offering various services in the healthcare field. In 2012 the Trust was reorganised and, under the visionary leadership of Dr H. R. Nagendra and others, has since been running the Sushrutha Group of Institutions — Sushrutha Ayurvedic Medical College & Hospital (SAMC&H) and Sushrutha College of Nursing — at Prashanthi Kuteera, S-VYASA Campus, Bangalore.
